We at zahifoods.com commit to deliver your order in good condition and with good quality, packaging within a given time slot. We ship the products throughout the week, except on Sunday & public holidays. We ship through reputed courier agencies to ensure that your product reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered post/speed post.
How much time does it take for an order to arrive?
We dispatch your order within 5 working days of placing an order. Most of our orders are delivered within 10 to 12 working days. Delivery of all the orders will be duly done on the address mentioned at the time of placing the order.
What if the product received is in damaged condition?
If you find that the received product is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered or damaged before delivery, we request you to refuse the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, create a ticket by filling a form on the contact page, mentioning your order ID. We ensure it personally that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. In case, you accept the product which is damaged, please click the pictures of the sealed package and mail it to us at email@example.com within 48 hours for a replacement. Make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. If it is not found, we may not refund the entire amount. The refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the package after deducting the courier charges.
